What does a "custom website" mean?
That means all of our websites are built from scratch. We do not use templates. Each website is one of a kind and utilizes the latest technology so that your website displays properly when using the many types of browsers available. We also QA each site on PC's and Mac's because they do display differently if they are not constructed properly.

How long does it take to build a website?
Usually an average site will take between one month to three months. In 100% of all cases the delay is due to the client not providing the content or additional information in a timely manner. A database site can take a bit longer due to the development work that goes on behind the scenes.

What if I don't like the design of the site you show me?
We make every attempt to discover before hand what your likes and dislikes are and what your objectives are in having a website. Our staff of Designers have over 25 years of design and website design experience. They really do have their finger on the pulse! With all of the 100's of sites we have designed we have never had a client not like the design. Usually it is our staff that changes the design so we have no precedence on which to base our answer. If a client blatently changes the scope of the project once the design has been submitted then there will be a re-design fee charged. We will take each situation on a case by case basis and make judgment calls based on being fair to our customer and doing the right thing.

Do you require a contract to be signed?
For our website work, we do. This is for our protection as well as our Clients. We like to make sure that everyone is on the same page right from the get go. We believe that communication is the key to a good relationship and like to start out that way by providing a contract. For all other services we do not but there have been a few cases where the scope of the project requires a contract.
