A Change of Pace has a staff of between 2-5 people at any given time. We look for videographers and editors that are easy to work with and who understand they are working on a production for the customer. The entire team puts the customers’ needs first. It is a fun job and we maintain a light-hearted team environment. All of our videographers and editors have had film or video classroom training at various colleges and universities and have been with A Change of Pace Productions for many months of training before being the lead videographer on any shoot. We require all new videographers to sign a work contract committing their availability every Saturday for one year and to maintain very reliable transportation.

Our staff takes great care to insure that the attention is fully focused on the customer while we are shooting your event. We have specifically chosen our video equipment and developed a shooting style that is as unobtrusive as possible, while providing you the best in digital imaging and sound quality. Infinity has grown in a large part from our customers telling their friends how impressed they were with the professionalism of our videographers. We dress as a guest would to your special event and we dress business casual for corporate settings.
