I wanted to express how impressed I am with A Change of Pace. With your help we have moved from a business with a web site to a web based business. What impressed me most about your organization was the ability to take a very unique business like ours and fit a system to our organization that takes advantage of our strengths and helps support our weaknesses. Our management team has even used the questions you asked on your initial paperwork to help understand all aspects of our business better.

Your organization doesn’t over promise and under performs like many companies in your field. We of course had bids done with India based operations but you could tell they couldn't focus on defining our business; they were only able to offer a system that we would have to shape our business to fit. I like the saying garbage in garbage out. Even in the sales stage it was apples and oranges between A Change of Pace and the other companies. I am sure that the rest of the process would have been a disaster. The level of service during the entire process remained outstanding. There were so little bugs to work out when you guys finished but the ones we could find went away usually the same day we reported them to you.

A Change of Pace made me look good in my organization. The site is close to paying for itself in less then 6 months. (increased sales and pre-paid services averaging 20 days in advance) As we are very seasonal, the money we receive for events that don't take place for many months helps our cash flow situation. I know if I had gone with someone else, this giant step in the organization would have stalled out. The work was so flawless that even those people that always oppose change have already started relying on our system. The only person that has any problem with your organization is our part time IT guy as we no longer need him.
